The place is fine but the management here is not so friendly and respectful. They’re not on top with their scheduling for personal training sessions yet their taking 100 dollars out of my pocket every two weeks. I came in to pay for my personal training fees and the guy on the counter showed me attitude and wasn’t respectful.

I’ve been going to this gym for a while however today I witnessed something I would expect to see at a NYC subway. Homeless lady in the showers clearnjng all her stuff in cart pully for hours and taking shower blowing nose coughing this is disgusting. Xsport seriously you need to stop this!!! Where is security? I informed the front desk but I’m sure they won’t do anything about it. I’m mortified.

It was so stressful my visit to the place, they tried to push me to by a personal trainer package. Many times I said NO. They guy was sunprofessional and arrogant. He was mentioned Planet Fitness may time I had to said to him that I haven't been at planet fitness. Worse experience.
