I reached out for assistance 2 weeks ago regarding a discrimination termination. They just now replied with a -sorry, we can’t help you. Very disappointed that they aren’t really who they say they are! Response from the owner 17 minutes ago Jenn-Thank you for the feedback and the one star. We cannot take every case and our first priority is to our existing clients with meritorious claims who can expect and do receive diligent representation. The issue you contacted us about is not something we do. Good luck with your situation. Their response. They never inqui

My case was resolved in a way that made me very happy! I worked with Ashley, Heather and Anne and they were all three an absolute joy to talk to and deal with. Ashley always responded to any questions i had in a timely manner and made me feel like she actually cared. I actually trusted her (legit I did) which as anyone knows is tough with attorneys. Heather did a lot of the “behind the scenes” work, and rocked it. From the beginning the defendants in my case dismissed the notion they did anything wrong. Anne looked further into their claims and realized they were not being fully truthful and dug deep to find the actual truth. Though they fought all the way denying they did anything wrong, Ashley, Heather and Anne knew better, and never stopped fighting for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a legit case. Ive read some unfair bad google reviews of them, mainly from people upset they didn’t take their case. This is because they are no nonsense, if your case isn’t good, they won’t take it, flat out, which is pretty standard for any injury/employment law attorney. But If your case is good they will fight like hell for you and you will not regret calling them. Thank you so much Ashley, Heather and Anne!! Side note: the paralegal Erica was great too. Excellent communication with me all the way through the process. Overall it was the best experience I could have hoped for, they will do everything in their power to “show you the money!!” Ladies, YOU ROCK!!

Hi Crystal. Of course we feel like we are! But we admit we are biased about what we do because we are so passionate about our work. I can tell you that all we do is employment law, with some overlap into sexual assault or discrimination that takes place in schools or public places. That's it. We are not "part time" civil rights employment lawyers, we are not trying to figure out a DUI, a divorce or a complex malpractice case at that same time. This is all we do, all we focus on. This gives us an advantage because we are not perpetually re-creating the wheel, but we are constantly refining and honing our craft to best serve our clients. Thanks for asking and hope you find the right lawyer for your needs! Take care!
