Aug 8 @2:40 pm on cashier number 6. Older , blond woman with super bright lipstick is so rude. Keeps customers in line as she drags back forth . She doesn’t say hi thank you goodbye just nothing just a rude blank stare like all of us waiting in line is annoying her for being there. The same goes to the woman that’s in charge of the dressing room every time I go there she is just sitting to the side and she looks like she’s so miserable to be there . Management needs to regroup on friendly customer service. I understand people have bad days once in a while but every single time says a lot about the business and staff. It’s a shame because the store itself is nice. Other T.J. Maxx store are so much friendlier.

The TJ Maxx side us pretty typical. Lots of goodies, open spaces for easy shopping, and very friendly, accommodating staff. The HomeGoods side.....OMG! PACKED FULL! I was overwhelmed and there is considerably less space to maneuver but for all the right reasons. There was so much store that even I got tired. There was so much in every home section EXCEPT one of my favorites...candles. I have a feeling though that with more people at home, they are buying/hoarding more candles because they are burning them more often. And I usually get at least 5 myself. The checkout experience was very COVID-19 friendly. Each of the bazillion registers has a large partition wall with their own personal last-minute treats to choose before completely checking out. And, as always, the line never really feels as long as it is because it’s its own shopping experience 😂. LOVE THIS STORE AND THIS LOCATION. UPDATE: still the same wide selection one year later!
