We recently had an amazing experience. From the initial meeting, scheduling, furniture move, install and staining - everything was professional, on-time and smooth.

Stair expert Robert Smith did an amazing job with our new stairs. We were able to show a picture and work through questions with ease. Not only was Robert’s work beautiful, he kept a clean work area. He Clayton from R&S was great as well with the initial estimate. The entire experience was just easy.

The staff at R&S Flooring did a wonderful job installing our new living room floor. Kyle did an excellent job coming to the house and measuring the room, providing an estimate and walking us through the entire process. Christina was great to work with when we came to the showroom, selected and ordered materials and scheduled the installation date. The installers and the painter were thorough and delivered a quality installation. Aaron was excellent to work with to help us complete the remaining baseboard and molding. A very positive and professional experience!

We had our stairs going to the basement replaced. Robert Smith arrived promptly, was very polite and friendly! He got right to work, build us a set of beautiful stairs in a very professional manner. He cleaned up like you never even knew he was there! They were stained another day by another crew very efficiently and then Robert returned to replace the spindles. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the craftsmanship of the stairs and the whole experience! I will definitely use R & S flooring for any future projects!

Questions & Answers

Is bamboo flooring often more money for quality

Bamboo may cost more due to the manufacturing process if it is full thickness. There are few surfaces that will hold up to the wear resistance of bamboo. If you are purchasing at R &S there may be other reasons so beware. Get the manufacturer's info and call them directly.
