Worst Staples I have ever seen, and I have seen many, in terms of out of stock items all over the place. Staff members walking around without being in uniform, and have no interest in providing assistance. The combination of these factors, places it on management. Just the out of stocks? Ok, maybe a delivery is coming. Just the poor customer service? Maybe just someone having a bad day? Just people working, at a Staples (a store that wants to have a professional image), in hoodies? Maybe the manager was off for the day. Combine all of them, and the root of the problem is at the top, with the store manager.

Employee waited on me while engaging in a personal phone call while wearing a face covering. Very difficult to find competent assistance here.

Teresa the manager and her staff are hard working people. This is America to be accepted, appreciated and respected. These folks go above and beyond. They try very hard and explain things along the way. We should project positivity in places like this. Not negativity. If staples left we would have a hard time managing the things we need them for. Please folks let’s try to give mercy and Grace a chance especially after 2020. No one or thing is perfect, but to show up and be willing is amazing. I am sure they want your print jobs done well, they want your purchases to be working for you. No one at this store wants you to have a bad experience nor a bad product consider this when dealing with our local businesses.

ThIs place is amazing. I've been coming here for 10 years and their service is always outstanding. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and great prices. Over and. Above. Tonight I forgot my wallet, because I was coming to pick up an online order. The order didn't arrive on time but the associate who helped me gave me an automatic 20 percent savings so I could get my work finished tonight. He has worked here awhile and Iwish I could Include his name but its not on the receipt. My friends from out if town are always amazed by the great service.
