Smells like an ashtray. They don't tell you that you can check in early and wait in your car... So I waited until 5 minutes before my appointment and then received a 25-minute wait!? ***UPDATE*** The heavyset woman who took my blood went into my muscle or something. It's now 6 days later and my arm is still killing me with this awful bruise that showed up yesterday!

Just renovated (2/15/22)! Looks really nice and very clean. Two sign in kiosks available and easy to use. I didn't have an appointment, but from the time I got out of my car and back into it, I was only there for 5 minutes total. Fast visit and polite/ friendly staff. Seems like some big changes have happened compared to some earlier reviews!

Waiting room sign in ports "terrible" most elderly patients have no idea how to use them. Patient wait list is non existant. If you sign in incorrectly you wiil sit there and never get called in. Person sitting next to me had 830AM appointment was still there 11AM. When I inquired for here the rude assoviate said," Well, you gotta sign in to get called! I'll never use this location again.

I waited 55 minutes! I agree. Don't list a phone number if you aren't going to answer.
Usually just a few days, depending on the tests! I usually give them 5 days to be sure!
