Great place to get food boxes for people who need the help. Friendly people. Great service.clean building inside and outside. They help you take the boxes to your vehicle if you need the help.

Questions & Answers

Can they help you if you were fired and need help making rent?

Hi Chandra, BMAC has a number of programs from employment training to emergency rental assistance. Each program does have their own set of eligibility factors, so definitely give BMAC a call. You will most likely be transferred over to the E-RAP (Emergency Rental Assistance Program) or Energy Assistance to start/schedule an eligibility screening. Even if they are unable to provide direst services to you, they will give you referrals to other community resources that you may be able to use.

They have contact lists of Available Legal Support that can be assigned to various situations. They are very helpful in getting you to the correct place.

I don't live there. I cannot say.

will BMAC help with medical expences?

I think it depends on your circumstances, they go on a case-by-case basis and would probably need to verify all your other expenses to make sure that you were indeed unable to pay yourself. They're very helpful and they have a ton of resources available. If they can't help you there's another organization called helpline which is in the same complex they are located in and they also can help you with quite a few things. If they can't either bmac or helpline should be be able to point you in the right direction.
