Very good customer service. I felt no pressure to purchase anything. I had a tire wear down to the cords earlier this week. They were able to get a replacement tire and install within 2 days! Given the problems with supplies recently, this was impressive.

The only Royal Enfield exclusive dealer in the state (so far). Good selection, and the transaction was smooth. They don't gouge for freight and set-up as other dealers seem to be doing these days, either. On the downside, they took a full week to perform a fairly simple service on the bike. That would have been ok, but when I called after a few days, they gave me a "don't call us, we'll call you" line. Good experience overall, the new Royal Enfields are superb motorcycles, but the staff needs to improve on their communication skills and maybe hire another guy to work in the shop.

Both, I work third shift and stopped in after work around 9am and asked if they had time to change my front tire and inspection and they said yes just not sure if they would if they were busy
