I paid $250 for a school letterman jacket for my son in January. I was told it would be ready in 2-3 weeks. I received a phone call stating the jacket would be delayed because of the manufacturer. Several of my sons friends of various ages who purchased from them in various years stated that the place was terrible and known for that. We received the jacket at the end of April…I stated my concerns about the inconvenience of receiving a winter jacket when the weather is now 80 degrees and the guy stated that they have ALWAYS had a problem with the manufacturer. So if that was the case why not be truthful in the beginning? More concerned about making the sale perhaps? I also inquired about some baseball equipment for my younger son and the guy brushed me off because I was asking to many logical questions about the misleading sale of this jacket….if you’re going to purchase a school jacket for your kid….go anywhere but this place for sure….or purchase it NOW then it will be ready in 2 weeks (December)

What a fantastic experience!!! I heard rumors of being able to recycle old jerseys and called to confirm. I ripped off the old names, sent two in and they even called to confirm what I wanted and gave me options. They were done and shipped within the week. I am thrilled! My daughter loves hers, too. I highly recommend this wonderful shop. Can’t wait to visit them next time I’m in buffalo!
