They just absolutely do not answer the phone. It makes any service useless, even when you’re paying for the plan. The whole point of paying hundreds of dollar, thousands between my two dogs, is that I have a vet that actually answers the phone.

If I could give less stars, I would. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER / PATIENCE SERVICE. I called as a new client, with a new puppy asking about the banfield puppy plan and made the first puppy appt almost two months out in advance in order to get the time of day I wanted. But a week before my appt, they left a voicemail on my phone and told me that THEY canceled my first new client appt and that I had ONLY two options to reschedule being to drop off my baby 10 week old Doxie! I called them back and only got their voicemail and 5 voicemail tags back and forth over the next 3 days I had enough of being told that I HAD to drop off my baby puppy in the middle of the day as they only had 2 options for me to reschedule the appt that THEY canceled on me! I will NEVER work with these rude, and unprofessional people. I have gone with a different Vet.

I have been coming here for a few years and they are just wonderful. The staff is great, and they have been able to work with me a lot when i’ve needed to get in quickly. I had a wonderful experience today that really stood out. I called yesterday because my cats eye looked injured. They asked me to email them a picture and said the vet would look and each out. I literally got a call 20 minutes later and they had me come in today! I got the pleasure to work with Dr. Christian Mcfarlane and he is just WONDERFUL. I’ve never had him as our vet and I love him! He was so attentive, took his time explaining everything and you can tell he genuinely cares. My cat is 16, so of course I worry. But i honestly feel that he received the best care you could buy. Plus it’s always very affordable. I am very grateful.

Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 8, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 8, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).

I need to board my diabetic dog in the PetSmart hotel. He needs 2 insulin injections daily with his meals. Can I board him.

I work at a Banfield location and we do not have boarding services. There is a pets hotel at orchard Park location but you would have to call and see if they are qualified in handling diabetics .

It's 10 39. My appointment was at 10 00. Because of weather I left home at 9 10. And I was on time. Now I'm waiting 30 minutes. How long I have to wait? ?????
