Nothing but good things to say about this Hampton Inn. We chose this location while vacationing and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was outstanding and it’s within 15 minutes of almost anything you can ask for. Special thank you to Jordan at the front desk for her excellent customer service.

THANK YOU!! You saved out tushies. After aborting out stay at the HIE, I appreciate you taking my call and reserving a room at 10:30 at night. Everything so far has been very good, and it sure beats the 80 degree room w/ Busted A/C that they couldn't seem to get working. You accommodation is my appreciated. Door glass for the first floor hallway been cracked for months. Wallpaper peeling in the rooms. Hole in drywall in bathroom. Floor had some sort of white soap on it everywhere. Stains on the curtains and floors. Pictures missing in room just screws and bracket on wall. Television doesn't display any channels. Pool is closed. Handle missing from cabinet to fridge so you have to reach down to the floor to grab the lip of the door to open. Towel left on bathroom rack from previous occupant. Manager is dealing with customers at front desk while wearing a white undershirt. Most ghetto Hampton inn you'll find, but atleast it was okay price.

Cannot say enough good things about this Hampton location. The entire staff is amazing. Clean, sanitized and spacious rooms. They went above and beyond to ensure our corporate meetings went smoothly and provided assistance with anything we needed. Their house keeping staff is spectacular and their hard work and attention to detail shows. Will always make a point to stay at this location in the future and highly recommend to others. Thank you again!!
