This store does a particularly great job! Manager and his staff are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about everything happening in the gaming industry. Store is clean, its usually not too busy, and they typically have whatever you're looking for. Highly recommend this location!

I dont know how these stores stay in business. One worker tied up. You wait 20 minutes just to ask a question. If someone is trading equipment the rest of customers sit and wait. Trade in computer always down no one cares. You immediately think to yourself "what is the value of a store versus online" . Stores are going out fast. No value add.

They have boxes on the walls of merchandise they don't have in store. Staff was mostly friendly but a little off putting. Overall I was helped in a timely fashion just didn't appreciate the overall vibe of the particular employee there that opened the store and her demeanor towards my son and me.
