Bought 4 new all season tires to get away from my runflats. Had them delivered to Coventry Autocenter and scheduled my appt. Prices were great for the tires I bought. They took my car right on time, and I heard the manager speak to one of the technicians that appts take priority, which made me feel good. Shortly after starting on the tires, the bad tire in the trunk, the technician came out and wanted to show me the rim. It had a small stress fracture in it and he said for safety you cannot put a Tire on this rim. I had them keep the tires, left and ordered a new rim. It came in, I scheduled a new appt and went to have them installed. I spoke with the technician and went over the valve stem and sensors that I needed to adjust the hole to fit bigger screw. The technician came out again and told me the valve stems would not fit and brought me back. We figured out that they are tight as they should be and you have to hold the inside piece while tightening with ratchet. Problem solved. So I thought, yes, he comes out again saying he can't get the stem cap off. I told him I had tough time but used Vice grip and pliers. He said he didn't want to take responsibility if a sensor broke. I told him if I could use the tools I'll take them off. Long story short the manager would not allow it. They put the three tires and my spare in the car for me. I waited and when they were done I went to pay and the manager said no, there was no charge for the inconvenience. While it has been a pain in the a**, not all there fault, at least he showed respect and understanding for my frustration with that gesture. I came home, took me less than 5 min to get the 3 other caps off. I will go back tomorrow and see if I can get the other 3 done. They were frozen on from the spray on rim cleaner. Went back today no appointment with work to do and patience. That autocenter is busy and the guys don't stop. I really appreciate what they did and HIGHLY recommend them. If you are a KAREN, expect immediate service in and out and lack patience or ability to interact politely with others, dont go there, they don't need aggravation from customers! Thanks again! I know you went ABOVE AND BEYOND!

Got a battery from you they didn't put it in! Made a 64 year old women carry it to her car, with health issues. Never again! O'Reilly put it in for me!

This place is ABSOLUTELY USELESS....UNLESS YOUR A FEMALE ! Been here for oil change in the early morning they couldn't do it. Needed tires went back another time couldn't buy tires 930 am and they more or less pushed me out the door. Said no tires today. REALLY ? Two Bays were empty place closes at 7 pm . It's a 45 min job 4 tires. And they cant handle it .... more like NOBODY KNOWS HOW TO GET THINGS DONE HERE !!!!! And the Bum Who said No. Looked like he hadn't shower in 5 days. Or shave. Very Unprofessional place . I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN ! GOOD LUCK TO THOSE WHO TRY .

The Walmart technician are very help full. I had an issue with my tires and the gave me the proper tools and the option to take care of it. They were really genuine in wanting what was best for the customer. I bought 3 brand new all season Goodyear tires for $87 a piece. Who can beat that!?

I believe they open at 7 am but personally I would take your auto across the street at firestone they are good and fair on pricing ! Wal-Mart the Coventry store is a joke the are rude and not that knowledgeable in there garage they brake more than they fix and they will keep adding up your bill saying more and more is bad on your auto when it really isn't!!!!save your Car, your stress, and your pocket book .
