I LOVE MY NEW APARTMENT VERY CLEAN AND Sanitized maintenance came and fixed the shower very quickly the staff is amazing very well I am very pleased with my apartment paperwork and move-in date was easy I definitely recommend you get an apartment here if you’re trying to live on your own 🙂🙂🙂

In the hamlet of Schenectady, Sheridan Village offers a modest and practical way of living. With its quaint 1952 masonry dwellings nested in a park-like setting, amidst pet friendly, quiet communities and the accessibility to local stores, coffee shops, hospitals and entertainment such as the Rivers Casino & Resort. What more can you ask for at this price point! The office team, Kay and Lynda are exceptional, welcoming, accommodating and will always ensure your needs are met. Chuck from the maintenance team, is a Rock Star! going above and beyond...thanks for the heat Chuck!!! With all that said, you may not get the bells and whistles here (gym, pool, etc) but you get that which is necessary to make a home and a staff with a heart of GOLD. #grateful 🌱

This is nice and affordable apartment. As per the price range , they are good . They have weird lease break rule that you should know . On lease break , you need to settle remaining months rent or need to find a sublease .

Very nice apartment complex, it seems to be in a very good, safe area. I would recommend Sheridan Apartments to anyone looking to move to Schenectady. There is a nice walking path along the perimeter. There always seems to be parking, though you’ll have to pay an additional fee for a garage space. The apartment unit is a decent size, with a fully functional kitchen. The maintenance is prompt, and responds fast to issues. there is large and sufficient closet space too. There are laundry facilities in the complex, but not inside the apartments. Heat is included in the rent, but cannot be controlled by a thermostat. That is the only disadvantage for me, really. There is no central AC. The management is wonderful and friendly, and try to address your concerns till we feel satisfied. The apartment is on the bus route. You will have to check with the management about pets
