We lived here for just under three years before moving to Denver, CO and have not found another property management that compares. Paula is absolutely incredible. She truly works for the residents to ensure they are comfortable in their living space. The renovations made to the complex only increased its value. Maintenance was also very easy to work with and they were always quick to respond to any issue. Highly recommend living in the Hampshire Apartment complex.

The apartment complex is very nice. The property manager and the rest of the staff do an excellent job of maintaining the place with prompt service and detailed groundskeeping. They are also very friendly and accomadating

I’ve lived here for nearly a year now, and I’m very impressed with how everything is going. It’s in a safe area in Niskayuna within walking distance of a few restaurants (I love Paulie’s pizza), and I enjoy running around in the neighborhood. I’m a recent grad working in the area, and there’s some other young people living here too I’ve met, but it’s also quiet which has been pleasant. The office is extremely quick to respond to work requests and concerns. I had a bulb go out in the kitchen and they had it replaced before it was even cool. I’ve heard similar stories from friends. When it snows overnight, the parking lot is plowed when I leave for work at 6:30 am. I certainly would recommend to any one.
