I don't live there I live in the neighborhood and I have to say the apartment building adds a very nice aesthetic to the area and looks like a beautiful place to live. The quality of the local citizens usually says a lot about the quality of life any community . Hamilton Hill area has transformed from a rough run down neighborhood to a very pleasant even if not perfect place to live. I would consider applying for a rental unit there in the future if I ever move.

It is good to stay and amenities are excellent. Location near by botanical garden so ease to access all the things..

The manager is a tyrant and refuses to fix just about anything that doesn't require the tenant to pay for it. She knows that there is a bed bug issue, however does not seek to properly remedy the situation. Rude is an understatement. They need a new property manager and her boss is an even worse tyrant. Find someone that has common sense and common decency to speak with people of diffierent backgrounds or else you will continue to lose people. Please don't waste your time. There are many other properties you can go to and these photos are not consistent with the current condition of the houses. These houses are disgusting and are located in the Vale community area. Drive around yourself and you will see.
