Rude, unhelpful people with no problem-solving skills. I locked myself out of the house I was house-sitting at and went to the neighbors to call a locksmith. The guy asked for my phone number and said they would call me back. I said I was calling from a neighbor's phone and couldn't give one. He repeated himself. I asked could he not just take my name and address and have the guys come over later? All he could do was repeat himself. I said 'So that's a no,' and he hung up. VERY unprofessional and rude, and NO problem-solving skills.

My neighbor was locked out of her house with her dog locked inside no ac and had dumped his water over and it’s over 111+ outside! I went to call them back an hour after they said they’d send someone out just to see how much longer and they are closed?! I don’t know if it’s because it’s Saturday or what; would’ve appreciated a phone call or something that they wouldn’t be able to come.
