I'm on a mission to find a good waffle in the city of chico. This was the second place we've tried, nice light, crispy waffles, good service, busy as hell!

I first visited this restaurant about 6 years ago, and didn't get a good impression, so I avoided it. I don't know if there has been a change of staff of what in the last two years, but I'm glad I gave it a second chance. This my go to on my days off for brunch with my family. Staff is always friendly, attentive, informative. There's always someone bringing fresh coffee around. Food is yummy and prompt. I've brought people here when they've been in town themselves. Totally recommended 👌

I was very disappointed in the service that I received today the waiter that served me of course she was waiting on every one else in her section people came and went she never asked me how was my meal and is everything okay did I need more drink or anything then I go to pay for my meal another person came right behind me and then she turned towards that person to allow that person to pay ahead of me and I said excuse me I was here first and then I gave her my money and she put my change on the counter instead of giving it to me in my hand the same way I gave it to her if you're black I do not recommend going here I prayed over my food and I prayed over my water and ask God to make this nourishment to my body and the harm has been done to my food because once I walked in there I did not feel welcome here very disappointed in the service even though my food came within 5 minutes that was the only thing that I liked. Now I'm a big Tipper on my waiter does a very well job and my meal is only 5 to 10 dollars I usually pay way more than my meal cost. very poor service
