Was in there today and the poor trainee was struggling with orders. The trainer was standing at the end of the counter asking her what she was doing wrong and staring at her. The poor girl was shaking. When your busy step up and help her out. Remember she is new!!!

Starbucks on queen street always disappoints. I ask for a coffee with a splash of cream and get basically a cup of milk. When I send it back they always return the same coffee and give an attitude.
