Horrible service, horrible environment. Broke my GF’s iPhone 13Pro, took 6 weeks to replace it, and replaced it with a janky iPhone consisting of cheap non genuine parts. Marlon is clearly in the wrong business, and should not be touching anyone’s phone to repair.

Give this place a 3.6. I give this place a 3.6 because that is more than average but definitely not perfect. A 3.6 is like when you’re hungry and you order McDonald’s but your McDonald’s double cheeseburger arrives slightly chilled with only one pickle. Do you know what I mean? You were definitely hoping for better, but obviously did not expect anything more. A 3.6 is when it’s 70 degrees out and sunny but with windchill, it ‘feels like 57’. A 3.6 is good gpa - it is a good rating out of 4. It is an ok rating out of 5. Southington has a piece of my heart. I had bought my first nice car on queen st…unfortunately that my Hyundai got totaled in a flood. this is why it is a 3.6

Bad. Guys breath smelled like newports. Put cheap aftermarket parts in my phone and is now worthless

Do not go here!!!! Horrible service, do not believe the new 5 star reviews (looks like someone copy and pasted a 5 star review to both southington and Danbury a day after negative feedback was left........ suspicious)
