Yes they have a dock to load and unload from. Make sure the truck has a liftable gate since the docks leveling is a bit off.

They have two vehicles that you can rent. From recollection they have a van and a box truck. They'll give you tie-downs, dollies, hand truck, etc. Otherwise you'll have to find a local mover.
