Great customer service and the staff were great. The landscaping is new, but poorly maintained(so many weeds in the beds and the grass not mowed). The breakfast was tasty but uninspired. Dogs barking in the hallways and thin walls made it a bit of a challenge to sleep, but the bed and furniture were comfortable.

We've had a fun time her with the kids. The rooms and hotel overall are very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Free parking and breakfast included. Location is great, close to Fred Meyer and a few eating places, Costco is across the street.

The hotel itself seemed lovely. But since I was forced to leave soon after I checked in, I'm giving 1 star. The staff: Not at all lovely. In a friendly manner, I told the nightly staffer that I would like to talk to the manager in the morning. She became disgruntled and told me I was no longer welcome to stay there. She asked some sort of large body guard man to physically remove me. He almost touched me even though I followed her wishes and was walking to my room to retrieve my stuff to leave. The next morning, I told the morning staff that I would like to speak to the manager. They told me that they were instructed about how to handle me and how my behavior the night before was "unacceptable." Clearly, they were misinformed about my behavior -- as was the manager. I was the one that was potentially made homeless that night over a few calmly spoken words -- seems to me that the unacceptable behavior did not stem from me. I told them I still would like to speak to the manager so that the manager could actually get my viewpoint on the events. If they thought that my behavior was unacceptable, then they also were not going to be able to help me -- as they had a false idea of the previous night's events. I tried to tell them that. They would not listen to me. They threatened to call the cops on me. They called the cops on me. What's the point in even having a manager? Why can't those people talk to me normally? A few words from me and they get mad? I just wanted to reach out to the manager to have a conversation and get some questions answered.

Really nice rooms with lots of lighting and seating. We got a 1 bed to save money but the couch has a pull out bed like most hotel rooms with couches do ,(had to throw that out there because I didn't know this about hotel couches for a long time. If you need to save on money you pay for a 1 bed and end up having 2) Also, the bathroom is immaculate and the room was very clean. There's breakfast from 6 til 9 and the gyms 24 hours. Haven't swam in the pool yet but when I do I hope there's a hot tub! Definitely will book again!
