LEFT ME STRANDED. I called them 24 hours before the move to get the day/time for my drop off (which is pretty standard from what I understand). However, they never showed up. At some point, they knew they were not coming that day and just decided not to tell me. So I drove states away for my move in day to arrive with nothing. They showed up a week later and the two men who moved my things made me extreamly uncomfortable. They did not wear masks when asked, extra fees kept coming up, they did not place things wear I told them to and when they did they scratched my walls. MY FURNITURE HAD DIRT ON IT and what did show up was dented or shredded apart and left in pieces. And then they kindly asked for a tip. It took MONTHS to get the pennies reimbursement from the company.

Used this company to move furniture from a home to a storage unit. They movers were nice when picking up the items…then the trouble began. Days went by with no communication as to when they would deliver the furniture. Finally received a delivery, and many furniture items were badly damaged. Ive been trying to file a claim for 4 months with no luck.. they dont respond to emails or calls. I’ve basically been ghosted! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This is literally the worst moving company you could ever found! The customer service was terrible. The rate turned out to be twice as it was originally quoted. The waiting time is long after you notice them about your moving date. Overall just a terrible experience with this company!!
