No Tai classes.. strictly the Art of BJJ .. occasionally some Judo and circuit work out.
Yes, we compete in tournaments. We recommend training for 6 months to 1 year before competing if you have no experience in trying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Stop in for a free trial class Monday through Thursday at 6pm. After class , our staff will answer any question you may have regarding membership.
Street parking, but we have quite a few people drive in so it not the worst.
Adult classes are for 16+. Your size, gender, fitness level do not matter as every starts from the bottom so we all help each other out.
definitely come and visit our school. there are many women and girls who train. she will like it and feel comfortable with the school
