This CityMD staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. The experience was very pleasant. The PA who saw me listened to me and asked the right questions. I was a part of my care which made me feel seen as a person. The only downside is that there is metered parking at this location.

Incorrectly coded bill to insurance for COVID testing and are trying to bill me for the amount. Place is poorly run and was on hold for an hour for them to stand by the incorrect billing. Predatory business practices..
