It was great until someone hired this old woman who did nothing but run around bossing everyone around and standing over the top of us watching our every move ! She even followed my mom in the restroom asking her what she was doing number one or two!! I'm calling the bbb and the owner ASAP. This happened just today about half hour ago. Never using them again until she is gone!

Clean well lit laundromat. Extra large load washers and dryers available. Never crowded. I had an entire laundromat to myself at lunchtime today. No one there. Students and housewives must not be in town.

I’d like to start by saying this place smells like a litter box that hasn’t been changed in 10yrs. Their machines smell like mold and aren’t clean. I used to do my laundry here but I stopped due to the smell and nastiness of the establishment. The lady that is always here seems nice until you realize she follows you around the laundry mat and won’t even give you the space to breathe! I’ve talked two different people about her and they both said she even tried to start folding their stuff… and this was during height of covid. Anyways, I stopped coming here because it’s disgusting they feed all the stray cats of Cheney and that’s A LOT. Since I stopped doing laundry there I had been coming for about 2 1/2 yrs to get quarters which was never a problem until today 3/25/22 today I walked in and I could already feel a different lady(owner) just looking at me, I was the only person of color in the establishment. While getting quarters she approaches me and very aggressively asks why I’m getting quarters.. and I reply for laundry. Then she once again aggressively says “ WELL THESE ARE FOR BIG WASH COSTUMERS ONLY!” Her husband(owner) quickly says “it’s okay today, we just can’t find quarters” and it was obvious that he was embarrassed by his wife’s actions. It was very upsetting and startling because I had been coming here for 2 1/2 yrs and the lady who works there has never said anything bad to me about it. She usually talks to me about my day and her life. I can understand the frustration of finding quarters cause trust me I try to avoid coming here due to the smell and the annoying old lady but it’s hard for everyone to find quarters and if you don’t want people doing that then first address your employee who had been letting me do it for years! And secondly teach your ” Karen” of a wife how to speak to people, and most importantly clean up this musty, crusty place it’s so nasty, you guys should be embarrassed. I would of been washing my clothes there if the place actually clean!

Nasty place. The carpet hasn't been vacuumed, a lot of the machines have old crusty soap in them and the two large machines do not work. I loaded my articles into both large machines, inserted my laundry soap but neither machine worked. Whoever owns this nasty place needs to either shut it down or take care of it. Cheney residents deserve better than a nasty place like this.

Yes. It exchanges $1,5,10,20 bills for quarters.
Coins only, coin exchange is up to $20 bills. No cards. You could get cash back at the pharmacy next door though I believe.
No.
From what I've seen recently they have 2 big load washers there. I believe it is 6.25 to start. Could be wrong but they have 2 rows of average size washers same with dryers too I believe. Hope it helps!
$2.25 wash $.50 for 12 min. Dryer.
No, they do have a change machine that accepts up to a $20 bill.
