I arrived 10 minutes late to my appointment with rain and thunderstorm early morning and they couldn’t see me I have never been to a doctor’s office that doesn’t have at least a 15 minute grace period. This is beyond ridiculous I need to find another dentist.

My dentist of nearly 20 years retired so I needed to find someone new. Dr. Kaur and the staff at Gentle Dental are great! They are kind, empathetic and efficient. X-rays get done quickly and my teeth feel super clean!

With the rating this establishment had, I was definitely not expecting such a negative experience. The doctor looks like she doesn't even know what to do when a child is upset and crying and she was not even friendly at all. Nothing in that place looks like a child's dentist. The assistant and the doctor were talking about brushing his teeth and acting like it's not normal for a 3 year old to not want his teeth brushed like why do you care for children when you can't be understanding? My child is not the only one who doesn't like his teeth brushed. I will NEVER go there again. You should be very friendly with children and make them comfortable... not scare them away, it's already scary enough even seeing all the equipment.
