Provide masks if you want patrons wear it! It is unreasonable to ask folks to go to CVS to buy a mask once they are there. This is your independent requirement as a business so it should be your responsibility to provide.

The woman at the front desk is extremely rude!!! She should not be at the front desk. It makes you never want to return there. She seems like she does not care about any concerns or cares to help you. Terrible.

After my unfortunate experience in the Watchung facility, I was treated well this time here in the Fanwood facility. Juanita at the front desk is hearing impaired but for me, she is way perfect than the Watchung and Somerset people. Those who have no customer service manners should not be at the front desk. If there's a thing called back desk, they should stay there....just saying...🥴
