Where to begin. I read the reviews and I’m glad I didn’t listen to them. The woman who runs the place is amazing she was the sweetest person I ever dealt with. The rv was GREAT it was our first time renting one ,she went through everything with us showed us everything. We got it home loaded it and off we went. She explained the fridge would take a couple hours to cool down. Ok no problem we just kept our food in the cooler Once it cooled down it worked like a champ. The air conditioner worked awesome also. Especially on the hot nights.we used the convection oven and it made great pizza. Everything in the rv worked as it was supposed to . We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience .we will definitely be going back to rent from Anne again AND sending our friends and family. Thank you Anne and cruise America we had an amazing vacation

Amazing customer service! Anne took her time with me she was extremely busy with a waiting room of customer's renting. And no matter how many questions everyone had she had great customer service with every customer. With that said I hung around to rent an rv from this location. Thank you, the 1800 number people were rude and not helpful. I will be back to put a reservation in with Anne at her location.
