I’ve been inquiring about an apartment for a few months, I’ve called left voicemails even put in multiple applications but still no response despite the sign on the building that says now leasing.

I love cooperative living and I wouldn’t live anywhere else in New Haven. Seabury is home and I am responsible and accountable as a member of the Cooperative. I actively participate in Community Meetings and have served on the Board of Directors to ensure Seabury is affordable and accessible for decades to come!

i gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because there was always an issue with one of the elevators. However, i loved living here. i even served on the board of directors. Management was great. With the convenience of walking to my favorite restaurants, bars and clubs and off street parking near the downtown area. we had on sight laundry. all utilities were included and everyone was so friendly. i strongly recommend this place
