The oil change was a smooth process but I had noticed the brake lights were on afterwards (e-brake) and also fyi this was *not my car it’s a family member of mine that I was getting an oil change for* which I relayed to the worker. I had asked for assistance in locating the e-brake so I could turn it off and the worker (I didn’t get his name) insisted there was absolutely no e-brake on and instead of helping me fix the issue he tried to explain the gear shifts to me as if I didn’t know the difference between “Park” and “Drive”. He insisted I be on my way and they let me leave while my e-brake was on. Thankfully I was able to figure it out on my own while parked in front of their exit. Them turning on the e-brake is not the issue here, it’s him insisting that it couldn’t have been an issue when they were the ones who turned it on and let me go on my way without fixing the issue, which is unprofessional.
