The receptionist is the best she is nice and in tentative to your needs asks if you need anything and always checks on you while you wait in waiting room, the lab technician are always tentative to your needs and privacy they are fantastic

They are pretty quirk there and we have been doing blood draws once a week for 4 years,. Never made an appointment and we only had to wait a couple of times. Mondays and Fridays are usually the busiest.
