Long waits, cashier can't use the register, no self service wo if you want a refill or any ice or? Nope gotta wait for 5 min to get an employee to see you need something and you have to yell to get their attention. Just a horrible experience . They probably don't pay these people much so what effort do you expect. Never stopping here again.

Waited in line to get a shake to find out they had no ice cream. Please put a posting out near the line when your out of things. Simple fix!

They keep burning the buns black. I understand the folks working are doing their best, but twice in a row the hamburger buns have been blackened. Makes you wonder what else is getting fouled up.
