This gym is huge.It's two floors filled with equipment.One whole wall is Keiser Pneumatic equipment,Perfect for rehab or old joints. It's open 24 hours with a key fob.If it's locked,Call John at the number posted.He will let you in.

They have just about everything else. Spin classes and yoga are at mountain valley yoga studio. I've taken it and it's great
Its Regular Gym There’s Free weights, Equipment, Down stairs there’s heavy bags and floor Matt's for sparring/wrestling. What sold me is 24 hour access, classes available if you want to learn mma/or boxing, There’s tons of equipment compared to other gym I really like the atmosphere everyone's really nice and its kept clean. Your not going to get a better deal as far as price goes for how much is there.
Need membership. Fee's vary. Owners are amazing people
Don't know. I signed up a month ago. No indication of Vet rates, although a number of people working out are vets. Call the number listed on the internet, because most times I go there isn't an attendant available.
