Looking for my lost service animal, which may have been turned in deceased. The front desk lady was not helpful in any way and directed me to another office and admitted she didnt even know if they would have any involvement. She needs work at wal mart with her indifferent attitude. Not be handling matters that are life and death.

So far, every time I've called I have been met with a rude woman on the other line. Very insensitive. Called today to ask about surrendering fee and explained my situation and was met with judgement and criticism. Having worked in vetmed for 8+ years, I believe that is not how you treat or talk to clients. It should be judgment free without criticism and should be accepting of all pets and situations. Made me feel very unfit and bad about how I raised my pets.

Not open on Saturday. I checked the website before I left the house. Said they were open on Saturday. I've been there before on Saturday but not open on Saturday because of COVID-19. Not really sure what COVID there referring to. Should change their website.

This is a kill shelter with a history of putting down "bully" breeds (pit bulls and their look alikes) within 2 hours of finding them- NO testing or even attempts to adopt or rescue.
