Incompetent! very bad service , you have to fill out too many papers and answer too many questions , and send documents . You keep going back and forth with them for several months , then in the end they tell you we are not able to help you , you can contact lawyer referral service or find a private lawyer. It's a waste of time and worthless service. Wasting time can get you in trouble , and make you run out of time to take legal action , or file a lawsuit. I've been contacting them for the past 40 years , they never represented me or helped me with any legal matter , despite the fact that I'm disabled and can't earn any income.

Worst legal aid services we have ever had. I don’t understand how the government supports this type of organization. Very disappointed.

I'm a Veteran and I can't get a signal answer about my rent increase of $600 plus. It's a joke and no wonder why there are so many homeless veterans living in the streets!! It's been a joke trying to find help and answers to my problems.
