I want to know why my boyfriend was left with no help after 4 calls for assistance for 5 hrs on the side of the road broke down. He has been a for member for 43yrs. 93 degrees out he's 70 diabetic and has heart problems. What the hell is wrong with you people.

We didn't have an appointment, just walked in & signed up & maybe waited 5 min before getting helped. It was a good day to visit AAA for the help we needed.

Can i join AAA today and use it today? Do you still have the plan to add another person and up to 100 miles for an additional cost? If so how much will it be?
