This place is a scam. They try to keep you there as long as you can to make more money off you and they don’t even help you. They think giving you coloring books will cure you of your depression and that’s about all the work they will put in. the doctors there are a joke. Only nice staff member was the girl with the lavender hair hope she’s having a great day.

Terrible experience. The nurses were abusive, I actually saw them grab people and physically hurt them. Straight jackets and tranquilized if you react. Do not go here. It's not a safe place to recover. They will chase you down for payments for years afterward. The staff is awful, although Tyrone was an Angel. I would never ever send someone I loved here for care here.

These folks care about their patients and I thank them so much for everything.

Absolute horrible place. I went voluntary over a week ago for an assessment for like 45 min and the woman said she would recommend me for treatment. She said someone would get back to me the very next day. No one ever did and its been over a week. I even called, left messages about an answer and ...nothing. I now see that all these negative reviews are true and what happened to me is common. I can only imagine they deal with people when the are involuntary committed by the police, even then the reviews suggest you are treated like a lab rat. Imagine people who are in dire need? I found better help elsewhere.

Its average rate 750/day I believe. But a lot of insurance companies will cover it. And even if not, better to have a bill than keep struggling. Good vibes your way.

I know you can call residents and they can call you as long as they're not in a meeting. I don't see why you can't write them. You might want to call before mailing anything first. Good luck and I hope you're loved one is well soon.
