Blossman Gas

My heating system developed a leak in my gas line so ultimately my heat was not working this morning. My tank was completely empty. I called Blossman, was number 20 in the que. I put the call on speaker phone and was able to speak to someone in about 15 minutes. I spoke to Janel first who assured me that I would have gas delivered by end of business day. About 15 minutes later Karen called to tell me they were working on getting the gas sooner. I had an appointment at 10.00 she asked when I could be home to meet them I told her after 1:00. The Blossman man was at my house by 2:00, very courteous and efficient. He advised I had a leak, that he had called a repairman and they were on their way. I had heat by 3:30. Hat's off once again to Anderson Blossman. They have always come through for me the few times I have had a problem. The personnel is always friendly, and quick to answer any questions I have. Thank you once again for everyone involved in solving my problem today.

Very rude lady on staff. I went there one time was told they would be right out to fill my propane tank, I waited 20-25 minutes no one ever came out. Went there again and the one lady that is always very rude! told me they only fill propane from 8 to 9 in the morning which I know is a lie. Buy propane elsewhere.

I originally posted a bad review but wanted to update this. The company escalated my complaint to Justin who really stood behind the product that was sold to us. His service, attention and communication was spot on. He took care of our issues and provide the service we were used to. Great job to standing behind your product!

Great customer service although It would be nice jf they were open saturday mornings. The ladies at the counter are very helpful with understanding your needs and budget billing.
