Took my computer to them after my motherboard decided to fry itself. They were able to fix it same day after the replacement motherboard came in.They always answered the phone whenever I called for an update and were also polite and respectful.They even gave me a free Sata power cable. However, when I got my computer back the side door panel no longer latches. The cpu and top fans weren't plugged into the replacement motherboard. I was also missing a sata cable which was rectified after leaving and the motherboard is still in "manufacturing mode". My fans are also varying in their speeds, I think this is due to the manufacturing mode, unless there is another wire not plugged in elsewhere. *Edit* Was able to resolve most of the issues upon taking it back.

Took my computer to them after it started acting strangely and then shut down. After reinstalling Windows and most of my other programs, it is working like new. I brought it back because the updated software came with some new functions that I didn't like and they disabled them without hassle. They are knowledgeable and efficient and I highly recommend Clever Techs.
