Bought a Miele upright here, couldn't be happier with my purchase. The friendly staff know their products well and gave me a full demonstration and answered my questions. Will continue to do business with them. Repeat customer, the owner treats his customers with respect. Brought my Riccar in after clearing a clog, to make sure that there were no other issues. Returned next day, no charge. Buy my Miele bags here. No need to go anywhere else.

Disappointed. Very nice pple told me my Dyson needed a new Motörhead and it was on back order. Had to pick up no shipping in sight. When I did a nice man tried to sell me the Riccar. I went home saw I could buy the part for $88. Then went to dyson site and within 5 minutes took apart the Motörhead, cleaned it out and it’s working beautifully. I doubt it was looked at, troubleshooted, anything. To me this is very, very wrong to do to pple when your business is service.
