Do not use this place. They do not answer there phones or voicemail I have been trying to start a new medication the dr put me one since April and still haven’t started it yet. This office doesn’t seem to care or getting back to anyone so if your looking for a dr that will help you this is not the place for you I’m switching drs but I need meds before hand hopefully I’ll start before November.

This office is an absolute joke. My husband hasn't been feeling well and his GP referred him to this office. When I called to make him an appointment, I couldn't get through to speak to anyone (even though it was during office hours) so I left a voicemail. My call was returned the next day. The receptionist was rude and asked if my husband has ever been there before. I told her I wasn't sure - then she rudely put me on hold for 45 MINUTES and never came back! While I was on hold and listening to the worst hold music in the world by the way, I was researching this office and saw how many patients had awful experiences with the doctors and staff. Rude, no bedside manner, dismissive, unsympathetic etc.. All things I will not compromise on when it comes to mine and my husbands doctors. I almost feel lucky that this awful receptionist never came back on the phone - I feel like we dodged a bullet with this practice. Definitely going elsewhere.

Dr. Lage gave me a prescription for 1 pill a day for 90 days but told me to take 2-3 if I needed them. I have been taking 2 which means my prescription runs out in 45 days and pharmacy will not refill for another 45 days. I have called the office 2 times previously and 3 times this week; no one answers; I left messages but received no response. I must wonder if she's not practicing any more and/or doesn't give a hoot for her patients in pain!
