Overrated. The staff and culture at iPlay America is awful. If you are looking to not be treated with respect, than this is this place to go. Staff is rude, argumentative, and lacking basic customer service. They also need to brush up on DEIB. This is my first negative online review ever. I just felt compelled. My family had a very unpleasant experience. It doesn't matter if you pay a dollar or one hundred (we paid the latter times two), common courteous service should be a standard and staple. I'll never go back.

Great rides kids had lots of fun great laser tag and go karting
Must rent a party room to bring a cake. Their is a pizzeria name krispy pizza in the same Shopping Center that if you buy a pie you could probably bring a cake and have it there.
Any age except for the rides... there are min height requirements for safety. Other than that there are plenty of entertainment for children and adults of all age(s)
When playing arcade games it's about $2.00 per play. We purchased unlimited ride pass&50.00 games card. Also as grandparents the rest. & tavern was surprisingly good.
Is open at night time there are different types of music there go to iPlay America to see what event is there when you want to go deal country western rock and roll popular music plus many other different types of entertainment
How much time do I need to go on all the rides in one day? How long are the lines on a busy day?

Free to get in and roam around. You can purchase tickets from as little 5 or $10 to feed games and rides. A bargain is ticket for entire summer, now for three or four more weeks, for less than $70.

There is no admission fee to enter iPlay America. You can either purchase a ride band for the day or pay as you go for the rides, games, and attractions. Currently we have the Great Return to Fun Ride Pass which is $24.99 for unlimited rides for the day. Your can always check the pricing page on our website for the most current information. https://www.iplayamerica.com/pricing/
Yes, there are go carts, a mini bowling alley, an arcade, a roller coaster, an air obstacle course type thing, and laser tag to name a few. It wont be a cheap day but you will have a great time. Look at the Iride bands. Those usually are the best bang for your buck
You can walk in for free but you have to pay for the things you want to do. There are many options like a ride pass or a token pass or other combos or you can purchase just tokens on the card and pay for everything that way - though that is the expensive way to do it. Passes are the better route as well as groupons
You only pay for what you want to do. Ex. You can buy a ride band for you child for them to ride a set amount of time, or you can buy a play card with credits to play games.
Kids were too busy having fun that all that they wanted was something to drink to keep them going so we really didn't get to eat anything. We were there for 5 hours and I was tired trying to catch up to the kids.
Indoor and don't listen to the comment about the bands.
If you are going for any length of time more then two - there hours and are not going to sound more money on arcades and sit down to eat lunch for a half hour the band is well worth it
The is a section like Dave and Buster's.. but it is more like a little six flags great adventure with a mix of arcades, rides, Lazer tag and other things
