I was going fishing and I went to my local market basket to go get some Shiners but I was hungry knowing that I hadn't eaten much since 4:30 I decided to walk up to the food counter and said I wanted biscuits and southern style chicken with a coke this tall "HE" thing walked up to the counter and said "I needed to wait" there wasn't a soul in miles I waited and waited by the time I knew it I was there for an hour and half I walked up to the counter said Where is my food and turns out she was on her phone for the entire time 🙃 I was mad luckily the cashier was able to get my Shiners ON TIME and I'd even tipped her I left and said to myself "You'll have that on them big jobs™"

Jerry the RAT a small rodent that likes deer corn and ice cream and his favorite food is donuts 2 donuts out 5 live dog near food really up set me you know Employees are hateful and are out side one cashier bad at her job still worries me that rodents are crawling on my food MOST OF THE TIME I won't be back

Market basket has been "my store" since moving to the Grace chapel community I always love to go in there as I've always been given a very welcoming feeling. however, this morning was an experience I hope I never have to endure again or no other customer has to. the two ladies that were working the deli and the cash register seem to be in very bad moods or arguing with each other our friend from Connecticut moved here a month ago and we always talk about the great bologna sandwiches from there in the mornings well he came to work early this morning just to get one he was sadly let down and disappointed. the food was good but customer service was AWFUL!! THERE AREN'T BOLOGNA SANDWICHES SET OUT AS OTHER BISCUITS MY FRIEND WANTED A BOLOGNA SANDWICH THE LADY WITH THE LONG HAIR AND GLASSES LITERALLY ROLLED HER EYES AT HIM BECAUSE SHE HAD TO GO MAKE ANOTHER SANDWICH I DID NOT HAVE MY GLASSES ON BECAUSE I HAD MY SUNGLASSES ON FROM THE EARLY SUN RISING I ASKED THE LADY ARE THESE THE CUPS THAT ARE $0.89 SHE LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS A COMPLETE IDIOT AND SAID WELL NONE OF THEM ARE $0.89 THERE 99 AND ROLLED HER EYES AT ME I WAS SO EMBARRASSED!!! I was very disappointed, shocked and down right offended this morning. The behavior of the two ladies working is unacceptable unprofessional and downright mean. if you don't like working with the public and realize that your smiling face and kind gesture could be the only one that person may receive that day, you need another job. These 2 ladies embarrassed me for recommending to my friend that he must shop there. I'm really upset with myself for allowing them 2 negative nancys to ruin my morning like they have but it really has l!l!! I hope you ladies have a better day and not to forget that you have a public job and having an attitude and negative vibe around you makes other people feel that way too......
