They do not tend to do maintenance request and if they do it takes a while to be addressed. I have had a breaker trip for almost 2 years now and they tell me I have to much plugged in and not to use the outlet. We also had our storage units taking away but we’re included in our lease People in office are not very professional at all.The only person in the office to deal with was Matt but he is no longer here. I have been here almost 6 years And I have had an issue with the neighbor a crossed the hall and nothing is ever done. She physically hit me and Vanessa the property manager just wanted a police report and when I gave it to her it wasn’t good enough for her. Finally that neighbor moved out so the building is calm now. Security is an issue here. I do not recommend high acres to any one

Don't move here. I've been living here for two years and it's been the worst place I've lived. Nobody communicates and maintenance is slow or unresponsive. My balcony was supposed to be fixed two years ago shortly after I moved in and it's still not fixed. When maintenance does decide to show up they don't tell you when they are coming and will break the lease by just coming in, even when you state not to come in unless someone is home and have animals. I have almost fallen a few times this past winter because they don't shovel and when they do they don't put salt down or anything. My roommate fell the first winter living here because of this. If you receive any emails its about paying rent and in the summer its about picking up after your dog. I am very unhappy with how my roommates and I have been treated and are moving out due to this.

DO NOT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENTS!!! This apartment company is a complete fraud. We lived in their apartments for two years and they never cleaned the side wall during winter time, they did not fixed our balcony even tho we requested maintenance for two years and on top of it the maintenance people broke into our apartment four times without our consent. One of those occasions I was sleeping in my room and the maintenance guy walked all the way to my room to wake me up. They do not include any utilities, they will add water and trash disposal to your monthly rent which will go higher by the hundred a year without fixing or renovating anything at all. We lived in the second floor, I was pregnant and they did not care for my safety or the safety of the elderly couple in the first floor that had to be extremely careful coming out of the building with the whole sidewalk full of snow and ice. They do not announce when they will fix anything in the apartments and will even cut your water without previous notice. The vents for the heating system are all connected, which means you will smell everything the neighborhood cooks or smoke 24/7. The floors in the bathrooms are so cheap they lift from the floor in less than six months and the toilet seats are the cheapest wood material you can find which will leave your bottom with splinters if you are not careful enough. We do not like to trash places that we lived in but I feel that it is my responsibility to say the reality of this place. Please, for your safety and the safety of those you love do not move to this place. They have no sense of responsibility, not they keep anything clean and safe for their tenants to leave peacefully, without counting with the constant violation of your privacy disregarding the safety of your pets or the tenants at all. But don't worry, five days before you have to pay rent they will send you two emails per day to remind you to pay your rent and then five days after the payment day in case those first five days were not enough to remind you. This is outrageous.

Increasing rent and inventing all these new fees including a brand new amenity fee. Stay far away from this company. It took about a year to finally get my AC fixed. Maintenance team is rude and slow and this was only one of a few maintenance requests. Cheated me out of 240 in cleaning charges claiming I didn't clean the apartment (even though I spent 7 months away from this apartment on military orders). I was not aware of these charges until I went online to check the status of my security deposit return. They do not mail or email you an itemized list of charges. Stay away and look elsewhere. This place is not worth the headache.
