If I could leave zero stars, I would. Brought my daughters new puppy by this location to get puppy shots. Arrived at 745, spoke with an employee in the parking lot. This employee said they weren't taking new patients but since our puppy was under 12 weeks of age, they would. She said our puppy would be given all the shots she needs and an exam, also we would be charged a walk in fee, I told her that was fine. I didnt mind paying that. She said she would check us in on her way in and to come in the door at 8. We waited outside and once we walked in she was at the front desk with another employee. The other employee asked if we had an account there, I said no. She then proceeds to say we aren't taking new patients. I pointed beside of her to the employee we spoke with and told her, she said they would see us and to wait, that our puppy was under 12 weeks of age and we would be charged a walk in fee. This employee then states, well you will need to make an appointment. Not one single person was waiting nor in the parking lot. The nicer employee who told us it would be no problem seeing us, looked over and said she was sorry. Unreal. I will never come back to this location and I promise to make others aware. I now see why you have the Google reviews you do . What ever your policy is, at least make sure everyone is on the same page.
