I purchased a new Titleist driver on September 9th, 2022. I traded in my old driver assuming that I would get a credit per the on-screen instructions. I received an email stating Global Golf had received my trade-in. A week or so went by and I checked my account and it showed that I had received a refund. I did not see it credited to my card so I called several times to get clarification. Fast forward to today (October 1st, 2022), I called to ask the status of my credit. I was greeted by one of the worst customer service guys that I have ever dealt with. He was rude and short with his answers and made it seem like I was I was interrupting his day at work as a customer service representative. When I asked him about his tone of voice he stated he had a cold. I asked for his name and he said Brian. When I asked for his last name, he hung up on me (not professional). I finally got an understanding of the credit process. When you receive your product and fully satisfied, you have to call global golf and let them know you are satisfied to receive your credit. Reasons I will never make another purchase from Global golf: 1) No visibility of product tracking 2) Ambiguity of the trade-in credits 3) ***Terrible customer service *** Shop here at your own risk.

I'm scratching my head as to why all these negative reviews on value clubs. Purchased a Vokey SM 8 jet black in value condition. Club head and face were in fantastic condition. For a wedge, I expected much more wear but the face was barely touched. Grip was as expected but in good shape. Only "negative" would be the custom stamping and paint. Wasn't pictured but hey whatever it looks cool and I got a barely used vokey for half price. I guess my only feedback is maybe take a few better photos of value clubs for transparency. That being said, I literally told the guy since I haven't seen it yet I might wanna go with something else. He gave my a chance to look it over and offered me give it a go in the hitting bays on the launch monitor before finalizing the transaction. Tent sale was cool, got some used demo wedges for like 60% off. Every dude I talked to was cool and non judgemental.
