Not enough staff to cover the facility. We had to ask three times to get silverware. The broccoli side dish was practically raw, had to have it cooked again. Poppyseed rolls are no longer served. They now serve something else that is hard as a brick.

Took my team today and the service was excellent. We ordered ahead and the drinks and food were brought out in an orderly fashion. Food was really good with a great variety. Customer service was excellent.

Things have definitely changed recently, we have always loved Fatz but didn’t always have a great experience. Went and had great food and great service! The manager, Heidi was super personable and still had time to stop in and check on us while running around busy the whole time. We will definitely be back.
