I was a tenant at laurel the apartment space was great however from I was living there not once was my home visited for pest treatment and yet every month I was charged the fee no where is perfect but if they are going to charge you for something then they need to provide the service.

This place has a history of really poor management and despite new management it did not get any better. Last summer the pool opened late due to fact that they could not pass health inspections but closed early. Parking is atrocious with even people who would park illegally and block cars and management did not seem to care or attempt to do anything about this. They wanted to increase my rent by an astronomical amount despite no improvements on the property due to "market adjustments". This place is all about greed. My kid and I saw drug deals happen here more times than I can count. Many people getting in fist fights during night. Beer bottles left places. This could be a good place but too much riff raff and poor management did not make it worth the money they want to charge.

Absolutely love this apartment complex. All staff members are friendly. My fiancé & I put an application in & that very next day we were approved and moved in that weekend. Management is WONDERFUL. Quiet community, dog park is a plus. We love it here.
