First and last time at this place, went to see Jurassic World Dominion, building lost power about two thirds of the way in, staff came in and said they would have it sorted soon, no apology was made, they got the image back up but didn't fix the sound for another 5 minutes, so we the audience where sat watching a muted movie, again no apology was made to us.

Went to see Top Gun and may I say a summer must see! I really I don't know how many theaters we have at Regal Ithaca but I think at least 10 and I think Top Gun was playing in half. Ticket price $15.00 add $15 or $18 for medium pocorn, medium drink.I kinda lost track after I spent more then I would have for Dinner out including a beer. You have to weigh your entertainment options these days competing for your not so disposable income any more! What with Regular gas 89 Octane hitting an all time high topping out at a mere $5.00! Oh excuse me I want to be absolutely accurate .....$4.99 9 a Gallon at the time of this post. My advice your home theater will never be able to compete with the big screen and sound system! My opinion. My suggestion if your going to see one movie in the theater this summer, you should make it Top Gun! Especially if you're a fan. ~Jack

This is an amazing looking theater and is one of the best looking theaters I've seen in years. However, there were a few issues. There is no ticket office, which I find sad, and it seems like this theater is very understaffed. The theater is relatively clean, however I booked out a seat that was broken and the chair, when i flipped open the chair slanted a lot more downward than other seats in the theater. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Just visited on 1/8/22 it was a pleasant experience I love the fact that you can pick you seats when purchasing your tickets and you can purchase your tickets online or at the kiosk. Down side the Prices at the concession stand is outrageous a small popcorn over seven bucks a medium fountain drink over six bucks just freaking insane
